Aleppo - SMART

On Saturday night, activists in the city of Azaz, Northern Aleppo, Northern Syria, organized a protest to condemn the loyalist forces' chemical attack on Douma city, Eastern Damascus, which killed dozens of civilians and injured hundreds.

About 60 people, including displaced people from Eastern Ghouta, protested and raised banners in solidarity with Douma. The protesters also condemned the chemical massacre.

The banners said, "World leaders that often speak about protecting civilians must save Douma," and "The gas of the negotiations suffocates the children of Douma," and "To Bin Salman and Erdogan, Douma is suffocating and burning".

Abdul Qader, an activist, reported that activists called on the United Nations to intervene immediately to save the civilians of Douma, and to pressure Russia, Iran and the Syrian government to stop the military operation.

On Saturday, the loyalist forces bombed Douma city, 15 kilometers east of Damascus, with toxic gases, killing 85 civilians and injuring one thousand others by suffocation.
