Daraa - SMART

The Daraa Governorate Council issued awards for any military or civil body that prevents the wheat truck from leaving from the fractions-controlled regions for the Syrian Government-controlled areas in Daraa, Southern Syria.

The council, which is affiliated with the Interim Government, said in a statement that the grant amount reaches 50% of the seized wheat value.

The council stressed that seizing the wheat is to implement the House of Justice of Horan resolution.

The head of the High Judicial Council of Horan said that the resolution took place to control the wheat amount after the flour support has stopped in Southern Syria.

The General Institution for Grains started buying wheat from farmers of Daraa days ago. The wheat harvest arose this year, compared to last year, due to the increase in the cultivated areas and producing the first season of soft wheat.
