Syrian government calls on wanted people in Giza, Daraa to settle their situation

DAMASCUS, (SANA) -   On Monday the Syrian government forces called on residents of the town of Giza, 20 kilometer east of the southern city of Daraa, to head to the al-Ba'ath Party building to settle their situation.

 Activists traded an audio clip over loudspeakers demanded the people and militants who are retiring from military service in the ranks of the government forces, to go to the " the al-Ba'ath Partyparty division" to settle their situation.

The loyalist forces withdrew from the town a few days before the implementation of the agreement, which requires to register the names of dissidents and those who are missing from the government forces to settle their situation.

 The agreement provides for a cease-fire and the handing over of heavy weapons to the Syrian army in exchange for the withdrawal of the government forces from the towns of Giza and al-Masifra and the villages of al-Sahwa and al-Kahil . And the return of the forcibly displaced persons. It also includes to the handover of the entire border with Jordan to the loyalist forces and Russian, to settle the situation of the wanted people and dissidents from the army within six months, to re-activate the institutions of the Syrian government and raise the Syrian flag and to return of staff to work.

The Syrian government and its allies have been waging a three-week military campaign in the province, killing and wounding dozens of civilians and displaced tens of thousands of people.
