Explosion injures three Jaysh al-Ahrar fighters in Eastern Idlib

On Tuesday, an explosive device went off near the town of Taftanaz, 15 kilometers north of Idlib, Northern Syria, injuring three fighters from the Jaysh al-Ahrar faction of the National Liberation Front (NLF).

Activists reported that the explosion occurred as fighters walked the Taftanaz road, injuring three of them. The injured fighters were transported to a nearby medical center.

On Monday, six NLF fighters were killed and injured in an armed ambush near the city of Saraqib, Southeastern Idlib.

Recently, several explosive device and car bomb explosions by unknown persons targeted military leaders and fighters from the Free Syrian Army and the Islamist factions, killing and injuring dozens in the Idlib governorate.
