On Friday, an internal dispute killed and injured 13 members of the National Defense militia belonging to the Syrian government in the city of Masyaf, 39 kilometers west of Hama, Central Syria.

A local source reported that clashes erupted between two groups in the militia in the camp of Beit Eid in Masyaf after a dispute between two members. Each of the members summoned their friends, and the dispute turned violent, killing three members and injuring ten others.

The Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) announced killing a Turkish soldier during a military operation in the Afrin area of ​​Aleppo, Northern Syria.

Forty Palestinian families remained in the Yarmouk refugee camp, Southern Damascus, according to an organization that documents the suffering of Palestinian refugees in Syria.

The documentation of the Working for Palestinians of Syria Organization coincided with the visit of the Director General of the Palestine Liberation Organization’s Political Department, Ambassador Anwar Abdul Hadi, to the camp to offer financial support to the remaining families.

Civilians suffer in the Syrian government-controlled Quneitra governorate in Southern Syria due to the lack of public transportation means.

On Friday, a local source reported that civilians are suffering due to the lack of public transportation between villages in Quneitra and the city of Khan Arnaba, which is the governorate's administrative center.

The Kurdish Autonomous Administration held the first conference for its universities in the city of al-Qamishli, 70 kilometers north of al-Hasakah, Northeastern Syria.

Muhamad Salim, the joint head of the Faculty of Educational Sciences in the Rojava University, reported that the conference included the universities of Afrin, Kobani, and Rojava. The conference aims to unify the universities' work, elect a joint management, and create a Higher Education Ministry.

Local sources reported that the Shia Islam course is mandatory for members of the Baqir Brigade, Syrian Hezbollah, Liwa al-Quds, and Osud al-Asher. The course will last for one week and will be taught by Iranian clergymen in the Hama governorate, Central Syria.
