On Friday, the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) killed and injured a number of Syrian government forces members, after infiltrating their site in northern Hama, Central Syria.

A HTS military source reported that an Indonesian HTS member infiltrated the Syrian government forces site in the village of Atshan, where clashes erupted, killing three members of them and injuring four others, in addition to the killing of the attacker.

Pro-Syrian government pages on social media published a photo of the killed Indonesian member, and a number of Syrian government forces members gathered around him. They also confirmed the death of a lieutenant in the infiltration.

On Nov. 18, 2018, a HTS sniper killed a Syrian government forces member in northern Hama.

The Syrian government forces repeatedly shell the demilitarized zone agreed upon by Turkey and Russia, and carry out military operations on sites of the Free Syrian Army and Islamic battalions, killing and injuring members of both sides.
