The Syrian government forces arrested four young men in the city of Hama, which is controlled by the Syrian government, Central Syria, for various charges.

On Monday, local sources reported that the Syrian government forces arrested two young men at the al-Baghdadi roundabout in the neighborhood of al-Sharia for enlisting them in compulsory service, and established checkpoints at night in the neighborhoods of the city.

The sources added that the Syrian government forces also arrested a young civilian after raiding his home in the city at night, in charge of receiving large sums of money through the exchange companies.

The Syrian government intelligence services also arrested another civilian due to voice calls with his friend in areas outside Syrian government control. The fate of the detainees is not known so far, according to the sources.

The Syrian government forces continue to arrest young men in their controlled areas, to enlist most of them in recruitment, or on political and military charges.
