Syrian government forces’ rocket shelling injures two civilians, eastern Idlib

On Tuesday, a Syrian government forces’ rocket shelling injured two civilians in the village of Sha’rat al-’Ajayiz in Nahiyat Sinjar, eastern Idlib, Northern Syria.

Activists reported that the Syrian government forces stationed in the village of Keratin shelled the Sha’rat al-’Ajayiz, injuring two civilians with minor injuries. The activists added that the injured were transported to a nearby medical clinic.

The activists added that the Syrian government forces stationed in the village of Abu Dali shelled the towns of Jarjanaz and al-Khowain. The Syrian government forces stationed in the city of Souran in Hama, Central Syria, shelled the village of al-Zarzour and al-Khowain.

Local activists reported that the Syrian government forces stationed in the al-Turkuman mountainous area shelled the town of Badama and edges of the town of al- Najiyah, western Idlib. The activists reported no injuries.

On Sunday, suspected Russian airstrikes killed and injured civilians in the village of Baksarya in the Jisr al-Shughur area,30 kilometers west of Idlib.

The Syrian government forces and Russia continue to shell Idlib, killing and injuring civilians, although the area is included in the Russian-Turkish de-escalation agreement.
