Car bomb explosion injures civilians in Azaz city, northern Aleppo

On Monday, a car bomb exploded in the city of Azaz, 43 kilometers north of Aleppo, Northern Syria, injuring nine civilians.
The director of the nursing department at the Azaz al-Ahli Hospital, Abdul Ghani Shehab, reported that a car bomb exploded on the southern highway in the city, injuring nine civilians, two of them received critical injuries; one was transferred to Turkey and the other to the Blue Crescent Hospital.
Last month, a car bomb explosion killed two children and injured 22 civilians in front of the al-Ahli hospital in the city of Azaz.
Explosions are frequent in areas controlled by the Euphrates Shield Operation and Olive Branch Battle’ factions in Northern and Eastern Aleppo, killing and injuring dozens of civilians and Free Syrian Army (FSA) commanders and fighters. The FSA accuses the Islamic State or Syrian Democratic Forces of plotting the explosions.
